A dining room is being set for a midnight dinner, but there's nobody home.

This was my first experience with Texas A&M's Visualization animation studio where a group of students create a short film over the course of a semester. This short was created in collaboration with 6 others and was rendered using Unreal Engine 5.


As the lead in lighting, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of lighting techniques in Unreal Engine, as well as other general lighting practices.

These were some of the assets that I modeled in Maya and textured in Substance Painter. The candles were especially fun to learn about subsurface materials in Unreal Engine. I also used this candelabra model as a part of a personal project that you can view here.
